Yes - I live in 10 de Abril, it is a neighborhood - back in the hood and is one of the more problematic neighborhoods - but this is a personal vendetta of some kind - same taxi driver owns all 4 taxi's - they often have several "placas" - licenses and have :employees" driving them

I completely agree with the appreciation of Christi's insights. Emotional response: I see the headline, then scan the hard-to-understand article while trying to keep any increasing anxiety at bay, then see Christi's response and feel all better.

Less emotional - but still the same - response: it's unfortunate for all involved especially those who live in the vicinity, but I SO appreciate when an on-island person chimes in with the "real" story.
