I did three dives at Anacapa from the Spectre yesterday. The visibility was about thirty foot. Much better than the ten foot vis we've had the last few weeks. The temps were around 57 deg, so it's creeping up, but I still wish I had a dry suit. Anyway, here are a few photos.

There were a lot of big Sheephead.

We were in the game reserve, so there are lots of lobster.

We had Sea Lions play with us on all our dives. They are great fun, but I have no luck photographing them.

For those that don't know, the Spectre is a dive boat out of Ventura, California that serves the Channel Islands.

I really like the Sheephead. Would have been very easy to overexpose the white chin. Nice job!

Very nice shots. The Polycera atra is very pretty and not often seen at Anacapa, and you really nailed him (them). Did you see Ted and if so how is he doing? ++Ken++

Thanks. Ted is fine, although I only know him well enough to say hello.
