We hope everyone had a great 4th of July Holiday weekend!
Even though the weather wasn't ideal, that didn't stop us! We had a great find on Sunday- another Hubbell Tooth!!
In addition to being a Hubbell Tooth it was also warped, making it a very rare find!
Once again, the Hubbell Tooth was identified by Dr. Gordon Hubbell as a subspecies of Megalodon Shark. These teeth are approximated 2-2.5" and have a "U" shaped notch on the basel root margin giving the root a "Mickey Mouse" shape set of root ears.
