This unit is the tits.

In line for the electronics upgrade from iSCAN to DIVECAN, super robust, easy breather.
I share your sentiment. Love the Meg. Decided to stick with the 15 head and will get a Tiburon at some point. That way, I'll have two breathers.

Had ISC spent 6-9 more months developing and firming up APECS, it'd be a solid platform. I like many things that APECS does, starting with button placement and over-the-air updates, but given the competition and the state of technology at the time of development, some things could have used more polish.

Does anyone here have a Remora handset and can comment on that one?

I have a Remora.
I like that it uses AA-batteries. The battery-compartment is also sealed, so if you get a leak here it shouldn't flood the controller itself. Unlike Petrel's.
I didn't have the Decoman-software on my Apecs-controller, but that came with the Remora. I like the bailout-calculation, it seems to work well for my needs.
For me diving in cold waters with thick gloves, the button-placement was better on the A4.
