I never saw the need for such a big inflation bottle. I used onboard dil for wing and 6cf for drysuit. Just my personal preference though and it made it much simpler to configure. It worked on a rEvo and a hammerhead so I would guess it would work on a Meg also.

Interesting. I don't have much space so I prefer AL13 on two dive days. With 6cf, I'd have to switch.
 
Here's two different dil-out configurations. Mine has the pair of 3 l and one I found on Facebook from Frederic Page is the one with the aluminum 40s.

Worth noting I had a shaved cave canister and currently use a custom cut canister latches are deleted now. But I made sure I could use the rear latches on the first version without removing the 3l.

Frederic has a standard can by the looks. And the 40s look like really nice rig to use.
