You could always just put a qc6 female on the adv and put a qc6 male on the "on-board" dil. when you decide to switch dil, plumb the different gas in.

I do this on my minnows if I'm using on-board dil. If diving off-board, moot.
That's a pretty good idea since the fitting threads right out of them.

Has anyone figured out a streamlined solution for adding offboard dil while diving with TOSCL and a DSV?
When offboarding with the Meg TOS-CLs I have a male QC6 on the left side bottle which leads to a female QC6, then a Y splitter. From the splitter theres a BC whip to my wing and a LP hose to the shutoff at my CL ADV. Suit gas is completely independent, usually off a backmounted al13. The dil/wing feed is also totally separate from the BOV feed - although some people combine them using a 3 way splitter depending how many proverbial eggs you are comfortable putting into that single QC6 connection.

All my stages and deco gases have male QC6s on them so it's simple to plug in whichever I want (although I only rarely have).

Switch the ADV for something else, the original has 2 settings, leaky and impossible to breath from. I hated diving my pathfinder until i tried out my friends CL with a apkes reg for adv. It solved 90% of my buoyancy issues.

I felt like Tom Cloony batman until I switched to silicone loop hoses, it actually made looking left and right possible.

The original HUD is hard to see in sunny conditions, nerd was to distracting for me but my friend had a custom HUD with brighter lights and it made it actually useful.

Function properly in all conditions.
Sorry, I had to.
Hey, can you send me a link to the ADV you’re talking about? Curious what is out there that fits in the port
