We would agree with your instructor that a dive to 11 m, despite the rapid ascent is not represent a significant enough nitrogen load to cause decompression sickness. We would recommend that you do see a doctor to determine what may be actually causing your joint pain and other symptoms. I have sent a separate e-mail with the contact information for dive physician in Lebanon that any doctor you see is welcome to contact for any dive questions.
