Got a good run in tonight. Went outside the doggie park for a half mile jaunt .. twice! total 3.37 miles 489 calories, 6912 steps. Sweet.

Tuesday 5/4 PM - Running intervals/sprints. Approximately 40 minutes total which included the three sprints up a slight incline. Needless to say, after cycling class and running - I am whooped. Time to watch some LOST and then to bed. Tomorrow I hope to make it to the pool.
