Very sad, and sounds like she was very experienced... but at least she was doing something she loved. Being entangled must be an awful way to go though :(

It is tragic and what confounds me is why the entanglement? Taking on 100M in a cold UK quarry is not a piece of cake. It is something that requires a fair amount of support. From the description she had been training up to technical levels. Condolences. :(

Oh dear: I was in touch with Paula wrt some TDI courses just before Christmas. When I first heard about the accident I had a nasty feeling the profile fitted her and it's very sad to have it confirmed.

My condolences and thoughts go to the family and friends.
