Is there another way of planning a dive aside from using those two? Forgive thy newbie questions..

i know a lot of old timers that dont even use tables or computers. experience is a key factor and a good teacher. all you need is this and a good depth gauge and bottom timer. youl more or less know how long you can stay at a certain depth. im not yet at that stage and back up with tables and computers

we dont use computers or tables to plan our dives.

my my, all this time I thought we used the tables. The deception!
