I suggest you guys look at the Scuba L site. the taurus is a model that they sell. He might have gotten a deal on a discontinued version.The taurus lists for 159 bucks on their site. No frills but I have yet to hear any real complaints from anyone who has used any of their products.

Well he could try the ol.... issue refund, but I could be a jerk and say HEY, it was a 7 day listing, and you relisted again at that price..... a deal is a deal.... it's not my prob you screwed up. Or be mr nice guy and take my money back..... I dunno what he'll do, and I dunno what I'll do...... depends on how he approaches me I guess, if he's a jerk, welp, I know how to react to that one...I'll dig my heels in and fire off complaints to ebay etc........... and make him do the deal heh.

I'm an honest guy, screwups happen, it'll be interesting to see what sort of personality he has in handling this mess he created.


if it was me, and I was dumb enuf to let one slide by, oh well..... I'd honor the deal, I've lost money on ebay when I've had ppl get something broken or got buyers remorse etc... If they are nice to me, I'll take care of them, tis the way a biz should be run.

Here is the correspondence that I have received from tommdysports:

"WE CAN ONLY OFFER 1 TO A CUSTOMER AS THERE WAS A LISTING ERROR AND WE DO NOT HAVE THE QUANITY"

When I wrote back (very politely) asking to please send the two that I had already paid for, he responded:

"I am sorry, i will refund you. I can not sell you what I do not have, this was a listing error and we simply do not have that quality, we were to list only 4"
