That seems like too many people.... is that normal to have that many people?

Sounds crazy to me.
 
Rainbow Reef's Tropical Odyssey rescued them. Good job Tropical Odyssey (and Captain Jim if that was you)! That would have been an interesting RR dive trip. :)

Their website doesn't show a 25ft boat, the closest is a 30 Ft Island Hopper, it says it is registered to carry 10 divers or 15 snorkellers.
