Their website doesn't show a 25ft boat, the closest is a 30 Ft Island Hopper, it says it is registered to carry 10 divers or 15 snorkellers.

What website are you referring to? If the one in the link, that is the page for Rainbow Reef. That was who rescued the overturned boat's passengers, not the company that was the operator of the overturned boat.

BTW - nice job Rainbow Reef captain & crew!

Whose website?

This was a private boat that sank, the boat rescuing the private boat victims was a 46 foot Newton.
 
Right- see that now. 25ft private boat with 14 people, maybe they were on their way back to Cuba?
