All the time. As does Blackwood, I take depth credit adjustments depending on inspired mix. I'm fine diving the rule for repet dives, but I do make adjustments to (lengthen) my shallow stops for repet dives. I also apply the rule to my average depth, not max depth. I have several hundred dives doing this (up to five dives / day). Probably doesn't mean others will have similar success (i.e. don't learn to dive on the interwebs).

This past year, since my wife was certified, I've instead usually gone to a 130 rule on 32% (no depth credit adjustment, only repet dive adjustment to shallow stops) for conservatism.

njedrn: Right now? Ablsolutely nothing unless you like mud sports.

"420 rule?" OK, I'll bite. What is it?

Well I always thought it was the 4:20 rule....
But Wiki says it can be 420 as well as 4/20, hmm;:shakehead: seems a bit complicated for something that is, ah, rather UN-complicated.

Yes, for single (i.e. non-repet) dives I'll use the 120 rule (adjusted for the gas I'm breathing).

1+

It is easy to remember, and is what we were taught way back when.

Best wishes.

There are always two celebrations a day. It works across multiple time zones. It is just another excuse for celebration:D.

Yes, with some undisclosed refinements. N
