Using OEM levers (any & all versions), it would not tune. Maybe some day I might buy Herman's lever bending tool, but problem was solved with the "correct" orifice..... I've done so many of these I don't recall the symptom of this one. It just remember it wouldn't work.

Try that G260 lever I sent first, am interested in your results. Like I've said I've had 100% success using those levers in G250s. Having said that I'm still not entirely sure I'm getting the same range of tuning, "could be" a smaller range, I need to play some more but they do work and breathe fine, 1-1.1" seems as low as I can get them.
 
@buddhasummer : When I get a chance.... I am curious too as to the use of the g260 lever. Should it work the way it appears, we will need to talk....
 
the left is a used scubapro seat, middle is a new VDH seat and the right is one of the new ones I just bought
