Well this thread took a turn for the better.....:drunks::grouphug2:

You’re trouble! :shakehead:
My wife says you have no idea. Pffft! What does she know anyway?

Paying to support a forum isn’t new to me. I’ve done that for a number of years with a big firearms forum.

Which one?

I just updated my annual dues.....

I became a supporter a month or two after lurking for a number of years. I post, respond, use chat, research, etc. It's valuable beyond words imo. I realized that I truly wanted to support the community that has been built here. I have a number of hobbies/interests, which all have their own forums. This one, by a longshot, is by far the best run and most pleasant experience on a forum I've ever had. There isn't even a close 2nd. Well done Pete, and thanks!

People tell me how to run SB all the time. I appreciate the feedback and it may or may not be applicable. Most of the internet runs not on ad views but on ad clicks. We do both.

I'm still kinda new, but someday I would contribute funds.

But what I can do now is click on some of the ads if that helps.

I'm not red, washing dishes and mopping floors to express gratitude.

Nearly a decade of lurking and reading before I started posting. My health as a diver likely strongly correlated to what I've learned from you all.
