My 100th dive was in 42 degree water. Needless to say, I wasn't naked 
My 100th dive was in 82 degree water and I still didn't get naked. I got teased about it for 3 days by the instructor who was leading the dive when I told him it was my 100th.

Because "freezing your ***** off" wouldn't be just an expression. ;-)

Ok and I thought 48 in Cape Town was cold! I am all for tradition, but I think I would have to go up to Durban for this. How about making your 100th a night dive?

Luckily everything looks bigger Underwater 
I've been attacked by to many reef fish because my hair waves about underwater, so I certainly didn't bothered to give them a new target on dive 100! Anyways, the likely hood of any officers seeing you and bothering to ticket you are pretty slim unless you're standing on your bow waving about your junk for all the world to see. So i'd suggest either doing you 100th at a less popular site nude, or at a popular site with a swim suit. The choice is yours!
