I should have gotten in on this.

On February 24th I was at 218.5.

On March 6th I was 209.

Today I weighed in at 199 even. First time below 200 since 1999.

Body fat went from 29% to 22%, I've dropped 5 inches off my waist, and am up to running 5 miles 3x a week, rowing an hour twice a week, and lifting 2-3 times a week.

Ha, just stumbled across my post from April 3rd.

I'm at 189 now, four pounts away from my goal, body fat is at 18%. I haven't kept terribly good track of the actual dates of my milestones, so in this case, Scubaboard's 10 pound challenge threads served as a logbook, if you will.

I was 206, now 200. So I missed it .

I'll do it. Weighing in at 133 this AM. Need to lose 13 lbs. Better make it 14 so that it's lucky. I think all the big boys should start with a handicap. It's sooo much harder when you're a small female!!
