Well I finally heard something from Nekton almost a week later AND after I had to threaten getting my attorney involved too, and they came with... "You are only entitled to reschedule your trip with the Benjamin Group. Also you Are getting another trip to reschedule for free less taxes and fees...

I don't know whether they have a "no refund" policy or not... they are offering to reschedule the trip within a year and then give another free trip to use within 5 years. I just called up DAN too to inquire about the trip insurance and will probably get it next time for this not to happen...

Glad to come across this thread as well... thanks for keeping us posted on the Bridge. This has got to be my favorite spot here so far! :blinking:

I went on both the Northern Bahamas and the Cay Sal trips several years ago and had a great time! It was awesome diving, you'll enjoy the trip. :D

Well.. that answers that! I was thinking of re-booking my trip (the one that got canceled last week supposedly because of Tropical storms - but now hearing "engine" problems), by the end of this year with my fiancee to St. Croix/Puerto Rico but if you are saying "yuck"... maybe not. :shocked2:

Hi Debby... let me know how your trip went, as you know I was going the week before you with H2Ogal and I wasn't thinking and should have tried to get on your trip. I'm bummed!! Ladies.. let me know how it went. You'll love Cay Sal Bank, I did that itinerary a couple years back.

There is tons of it off N.E. 16th Street and A1A, north end of Ft. Lauderdale beach. I don't have any pictures right now.. but will get some and post them for you. :D
