Very nice, picture looks quite good! I'm feeling tempted to spring for the same but really think I'm going to add a strobe as well.
I've really been disappointed with my Canon A620... maybe it's the strobe but I've reached the point where I'm convinced that there is no hope on the white...
I'm also very curious on how the new P5100 is working out... and likewise considering it with the Fantasea housing. Anyone has some U/W photos yet?
How about the strobe side... the Fantasea housing doesn't allow use of the hot shoe but is that really a major impact?

Hello,
I've been trying to get my hands on the new Zeagle Razor 1st Stage for quite some time... no luck through ScubaToys or my LDS (here in Qatar)... is this regulator really out there yet? Would like to use on my bailout pony.
Thanks,
Ryan
Have to echo everyone else's comments.
I have Zeagle BC and reg's/consule ... no complaints at all!
My one regret is not going with the Ranger... I have the Escape... but it is great for travel!
I've had mine for a couple months now... works great... occasionally the flapper will slap shut on inhale preventing you from taking a breath (mostly due to an awkward head position) but does exactly what it claims...keeps the water out.
I really like this snorkel and would recommend it to...
Mike,
This ended up as a great thread. I think your final conclusion is exactly right and now I may need to rethink my plans... it seems the direct switch from OC to SK CCR seems the best way to go!
Thanks Chad,
I had not seen the page showing the brass filling adaptor.
I saw the breathing machine report on the Zeagle Web page... but still curious if the 1st stage provides the same great performance we have all grown accustomed to on a complete seperate regulator system... especially...
Anyone have experience with the Zeagle RaZor 1st stage. I am thinking about getting it for use in a pony bottle application.
Couple of specific questions:
Issues with getting the tank filled... can any LDS accomodate the valve regulator combo? The Zeagle website shows an available...
I have a Zeagle Escape and the double tank straps make it rock solid... doesn't move a bit. I learned on a rental BCD with a single strap and then switched to my Escape once I bought all my equipment... I love it, huge difference... I also have the trim weight packs in back to help distrubte...
Welcome to the board... great place to learn all about diving and discuss lots of issues... newbie's like me can spend hours collecting endless tidbits of info.
Enjoy!
I am new to diving as well... after a lot of research I went with the Oceanic VT Pro. I am really happy with my decision as the computer has worked out great... the wireless transmitter on the 1st stage is a very nice feature as you get your PSI reading to 1 psi... you can watch the pressure...
I have a Zeagle Escape... and likewise for my PADI OW... I wore a weight belt for ditching, removing and replacing belt UW etc. But I have actually used the yellow bags to pull out the weights and add 2lbs U/W works great!
I highly recommend everyone try the rip cord at least once when they...
Sorry can't help you on the dive buddy... unless you want to dive Qatar... but welcome to the board anyway... nice to see you are passionate about diving... best of luck!
Hello, I am using the Blackwave package and it is really great... just a bit pricey!
Try it out as shareware if you are not sure but I think it is the best one out there for PPC. Lots of features and if there is something that you want (John) the developer will try to add it for you and let...
