I spent three days in early June completing seven dives with Cabo Private Guide. Laura helped me establish an itinerary that worked with my schedule, giving me the variety and adventure I was looking for. After arriving at the airport Friday afternoon, I called Laura to let her know I was on...
I have a pair of Nikon Nikonos SB-104 strobes along with three battery packs, two chargers, ball arm adapters, and sync cables. I was going to rebuild the battery packs on these and use them but they're just too heavy to travel with.
$100 + shipping
I have two black face and one white face 3500 psi Scubapro spg's with bezels that look like they can be unscrewed.
Have any of you taken these apart? Aside from the spool, I'm guessing there's an o-ring between the glass and body that should be replaced.
I'm pretty sure the black faced ones...
This came with a MK10 I bought and I couldn't believe how nice it is. I've only seen pictures of these so it's a totally different experience holding on in my hands. I kind of want to get it serviced just to try it out to see what all the fuss is about :)
I bought a couple of Scubapro MK10 and G250s to take a part and learn how these things work then rebuild them and use.
Since I'm still waiting for tools and replacement parts, I decided to hook an IP gauge to one of the MK10s and observed the following:
After purging, the gauge stops at...
I have a Tekna 4000 PSI SPG that is stamped May 31, 1983 on the back that I don't need anymore. I had it on my pony regulator set so I've only had it in the water a few dozen times but who knows what it did before me. The acrylic is in pretty good shape considering the age and it still glows...
I received this Sherwood second stage regulator with a Scubapro MK10/G250 combo. It was fitted to a standard LP hose and looks to have been worn on the right but the regulator feeds from the left. That configuration seems ideal for sharing with a buddy since the reg mouthpiece naturally points...
I bought this hose from deep6gear in 2018 along with one of their second stage regulators. I used this hose on a couple of trips and decided to go back to a 40" underarm configuration so the 7 footer is for sale. $25 shipped via PayPal to the lower 48.
This came with a 14cf pony tank I now use to soak regulators with. All my single tank valves are Scubapro Pro valves so this is for sale. 3000 psi burst disc is installed and the service history is unknown.
$20 shipped to the lower 48. Paypal preferred.
I've decided to standardize my second stages so I'm selling this regulator. I bought it in October 2018 and it's only been on a dozen or so dives, mostly on my pony. The service kit is included.
$100 and I'll pay shipping in the lower 48. No international shipping unless you pay for shipping...
I dive a set of LP46's which I love. I recently started diving a boat that does not fill the tanks during the first SI. Divers need to bring two tanks for a three dive day. The captain fills the tanks while divers are on their second dive. Since I don't have two sets of doubles, I have to...
Hi SB members, I'm selling a Suunto Cobra 1 Console and Vyper Wrist computer together. This is a great redundant setup for recreational divers. The Cobra and Vyper have the same data port and connector and both use what appears to be the same software. I have both set on Nitrox. This...
I'm selling a Subal CD5MII housing with a standard unmagnified viewfinder.
Standard Nikonos 5-pin bulkheads, port cover, and o-ring included.
Subal CD5 MII for Canon EOS 5 D MK II , Canon UW-Housings Housings - Subal Online Shop - housing and accessories for underwater photography and...
I use a Zeagle Brigade and recently picked up a pair of LP46 tanks. The weight of these doubles is close to the single LP95 tank I dive with now.
Will the width of the small tanks be enough to prevent the bladder from fully opening?
I now have three sets of strobes:
Nikon Nikonos SB-104
Ikelite DS-51
Inon Z-240
The SB-104s are awesome power-wise but they are heavy and require a special charger and battery packs.
The Ikelites are great to travel with since they use regular AA batteries and are small but not exactly...
I'm returning to the sport after a long hiatus and had to replace a bunch of old gear so I joined a local dive shop's beach dive to work on weighting and buoyancy control. The instructor asked me to help him and the other instructor keep an eye on the students. The group consisted of two...
I decided to keep this and use it on my travel setup. No longer for sale.
Hi guys - I bought a Deep 6 orange second stage regulator to replace a Conshelf 22 regulator that a shop broke late last year then decided to switch to Atomic and use the Conshelf on a pony.
I've never used the...
For sale is my Canon G9 with an Ikelite Housing.
Camera includes two batteries and a charger, RRS L-plate, cables, and memory card.
Housing includes both diffusers and some extra parts. It also has a flex arm that was attached to a DS-51 strobe but no strobe. An ikelIke Housing to ikelIke...
Hello everyone,
I got certified in 1992 and dove locally until I discovered I didn't like cold water and didn't get back into the water until a few years ago. I recently went to Turks and Caicos which got me back into the sport so here I am. Taking the NAUI Advanced and Nitrox classes next...
