I'm doing a lot of diving around Middle East and Africa (Red Sea, Zanzibar etc) so I am not overly concerned if Atlantis is inferior to Dubai Mall, I would like to get some camera work done with the various marine life and Atlantis does offer me that.

I actually got a reply (three in fact) from Al Boom diving so I happy with that. I will probably end up diving at Atlantis, The Palm seeing as I can take my camera and it is a cheaper dive.

Thanks. I eventually found the costings for the aquarium, different area of the website. I still haven't heard back from them when I emailed, same issue with Atlantis Aquarium. They seem to be bad at responding to emails over there. Oh well, I will try to book at some point.
