Nice!

Would say lets GO but blew out my knee and am beached for a while.
May play parking lot monitor if K wants to practice before next extreme adventure.
Feel free to stop by and relate epic finds I'm missing....
Upside may have to edit something, lol!!!!!!!

well, that sucks about the knee..
how long you dry?

Hey guys,

Going to be in Miami from friday to sunday and wondered where you guys find the conditions or tides for diving the bridge at night on Friday and/or Saturday and then sunday morning. We are experienced divers, just need to know if the tides are iffy or pretty well predetermined.
We've dove it before and have talked about it since.

thanks! -Doug

With BHB do we want to be there when high tide is starting or going out?

Also, is there a dive shop to fill close by??

Looks like we will be able to make 3, 2 tank dives :)

Most folks get in an hour (+/-) before high tide and out an hour (+/-) after. Too much earlier or later and you run into extremely strong current and horrible viz. There ARE places you can hide to stay out of the current and if you're shooting macro the viz isn't as much of an issue.

Force E is on the west side of the bridge as you are coming from 95. Pura Vida is on the east side on Singer Island. And there is a new shop inside the park - I don't know the name.

Just be aware night dives are by permit only, sponsored by an LDS. Otherwise the beach is only open sunrise to sunset. Force E is sponsoring a night dive this Thurs the 5th.

Darn, looks like tides are not going to cooperate with night diving on friday or saturday :/

Force E has one Thursday, but we don't get there till Friday around 5

Does anyone know if they do fills at the new shop in the park?
