To answer your question: No and Yes,
Is Alan getting wet is a physical kind of a way, of course not.
Nonetheless, when one of my best friends was in Afghanistan for 24months, he would convey to me that meditating and visualization "getting wet" would get him through the roughest of times. My prayers are that Alan can have the same type of comforting and calming experience however inconceivable.
Also, what you are doing with your "My Path, My Life in Texas" website is awesome, but not as awesome as the actual results you are achieving . . . a lifetime of health and wellness. Kudos, kudos, kudos to you.
