Are the noseeum's around right now???

I think they are always around. The only time they aren't a problem is when it is windy.

For some reason, some people are much more of a target than others. The mosquitos went after my wife and I don't think I got even one mosquito bite. I got quite a few bites from the no-see-ums but not too bad. You can never tell if you are one of the tasty ones.

As long as you bring the insect repellent you will be fine.

They are always around, bug spray (orange -off) costs about 95 -110 lempiras a can i.e approx 5 dollars !
