In all the years I have posted on Scuba Board maybe sold two pairs of Force Fins. Thank you, Jean-Marc, for your support with Aerohance.

You Tube is allowing a third party to co-opt Force Fin videos. After weeks of email they will do nothing. Codgrimreaper is being allowed to rip us off. YOU Tube is allowing this rip off.

This kind of reposting is all over YouTube.

The video you linked was posted 14 years ago as are the other FF videos posted on this channel (some even older). The channel only has 484 subscribers and none of the videos has a significant number of views for monetization.

It’s up to you as it’s your trademark, but why not just look at it as free advertising. Otherwise, you’ll likely waste a lot of time (and money if you get lawyers involved) for something that does not seem to hurt Force Fins (might even help) and you would not make any money on even if you posted these yourself!

Jonelli - This is not repost. It is a co-optnig of the ForceFin2020 youtube channel, control of the videos p;roduced at great expense, is monetizing for his own benefit the Force Fin links and embeds that have generated more than 433,000 views, and marketing his dark video games via our good will.

Youtube refuses to give us the channel back because we don't know the email address the hacker has assigned to the channel, and they have no record of our email access from when the videos were uploaded by us. There is no way for us to upload new content until Youtube frees the channel back to us, which at this point, I am reluctant to say, but will require our taking the legal option. And, as soon as we make that move, the channel goes down, and we and all those who legitimately embedding and sharing the videos will lose the link.

Youtube has set their systems with a catch22 for enforcement of copyright and brand rights.

Any ideas?

Bob
