A full suit won’t solve your problem of sinker legs, think along the line of mako two piece and just wear the bottom, 2mm could even you out along with trim weight placement.
 
You may want to take a look at the Xcel Military line. Multiple sizing options/ combinations and definitely designed more for the athletic build.
 
Fourth Element Proteus II is a great wetsuit. Large Tall should fit the OP

Would second the Fourth Element. I have an athletic body type albeit not as big as you. They have tall versions of sized though that would accommodate your height.

I believe the Xenos is doing a clearance sale now as well?
 
Is they a particular model that is better for taller athletic built guys?
When I was buying them, it was Hyperstretch but I don't think Henderson makes them by that name anymore. Any models of their line would have to be looked at in person. The point was that they we were very stretchy and for whatever reason were longer crotch to neck than other brands at the time.
Henderson says their Talon line is all custom made. I don't know what the material is exactly.
