I've got it open, the battery is a Tadrian 1/2 AA with solder tabs. Can easily replace the battery. What is the best way to seal it back up?

I'll tell you want I did; it has only been tested to 12 ft.Did you ever figure this out?
I'd be curious as to what he did to open it (pictures of the case). From that, CA glue, and then silicone on the seams?

It is painful to say, but at $200 it is considered a disposable item...
Prolonging life brings up questions such as the life expectancy of the sensor(s). The documentation says 10 years on the battery, and obviously use adjusts that....
