Hmmm. I wonder why some folks seem to be seeing their cards and others are not?
I think it's because PADI expects you to pay $48 each for any eCards for old certs, prior to this new eCard-only policy. Perhaps people who are PADI professionals don't have to pay extra?

Oh, just figured out that 2.0.74 is google play. So 1.36.0 is the newest on Apple.

I Did not have to pay and my e-card showed yesterday

Could be due to inconsistent info in the Padi database?

They appear to only have my initial OW cert when I use the browser based tool. Installed the Android app. It lists no eCards, but does list my OW cert under Certifications with no eCards. Does not show any details about the OW cert.

My fairly recent Nitrox cert is not listed.

Are you sure you have the latest version of the PADI app? My version (which shows all my PADI cards, dating from 1999) is 2.0.74.
This was from the website. I didn't try to purchase through the app because I assumed it would be the same. Maybe I'll test it later. If I do I'll report back.

Did you download it on android or iOS?

In the U.K. Apple Store, this version of the PADI app is not available

I went through the app to see if the price was less. I chose the first design that came up (PADI Aware, with two sharks) instead of going for the cool nudi. It turns out the PADI Aware card is $58 instead of $48. And the app sent me to the website on my phone to purchase anyway, so it's all the same place.

I don't know how they feel $48 is justified. If a dive op can call to get my information that means a person at a call center can pull up my certs with a few keystrokes. Change screens and enter the info into another data base and you're talking about 10-15 minutes of work if the employee is on the slow side. If they're making $20/hr (which I doubt) it should cost $5. And considering the money I've given to PADI for Nitrox, Underwater Pumpkin Carving (don't laugh), OW, AOW, and Drysuit - at least one card should be FREE!
