how do I know? I've been banned and attempted to rejoin a different forum...lmao.

hah! So I was a part of this gymnastics forum and somehow they found out I was too young to be on the forum (13 was minimum, I was like 10-ish). Got banned for that. Created a new account, was banned because they recognized my IP address. Lmao
 
Shared IP’s is useless.
It gives us a starting point.

A VPN easily beats that, but really? Only someone trying to crap on the board uses one. Although some use them to avoid ads as well. I do in some situations.
