The TSO exists for a reason. As much as everyone with any diving experience agrees that ASD contributes nothing good to this board and this advice is at best worthless and often totally wrong, (I have received several warning about calling him a bot or troll myself). He has not violated the TOS.

Do I think he needs to go away, HELL YES. But if the mods and @The Chairman block him 2 things could happen. First he just signs up with a different email and second we start a slippery slope of banning people just because we don't like them.

Overall the greater good is to let him stay and those of use who actually care about diving and this site make sure to contradict him before some newbie gets hurt following his advice.

That's got to be tiresome. He's on my ignore list, but I see all the replies to him. He's like the Terminator. He never is going to give up. Sure he can reopen another account ad infinitum, but that takes additional effort on his part and the board gets some respite from him.

Forgot to to mention (and this is where I get banned)

This is the first time where there are two threads totally related to the problems created by one person.

I'd be happy if there was a block button so I wouldn't see the replies. That would clean up a lot of threads for me.

they can probably see the IP address on the new account and since it'll match the banned account, the new account will subsequently be banned.
how do I know? I've been banned and attempted to rejoin a different forum...lmao.

Want me to tell you how easy it is to overcome that? Just ask. Lol
