This is a good one:
Good one, indeed. Close to the one I made myself (got several ones in fact, according to the kind of diving). Sorry guy, but I won't post them here : there're written in French, and I don't have enough time to translate them.

But a check list is a damned good device, especially when you're involved in tek diving.

Mirror for signaling, bubble, gear check and checking hatches entry ways before sticking anything else in.
Buddies remove and replace each other weight pockets on the surface and understand how they release or won't release.

I also have checklists for gearing up in my wetnotes. One for single tank, one for doubles, one for sidemount.
I can hand the list to any potential buddy and have them go down the list and tick things off. Much easier and more thorough than some stupid silly saying that most forget two weeks after they are certified.
My GF is a list master.
She made lists for local diving, local diving dry, boat diving dry, boat diving wet, and well as packing lists for each condition because she would not take the same items for diving for one day in 90 degree heat that she would when the temp was 50-60 degrees.

Mine are set up differently.
I have many tabs with different locations and configurations.
For about any dive, I have three or more checklists to print.
I pick an equipment type, a location, and an exposure protection.
They are fairly involved lists, but I don't think I have ever shown up without a needed piece of gear.

Total depends on what kind of diving your doing (Rec, liveaboard, CC, OC, cave, exploration) and where you going (close to major city easy to get things vs. remote 3rd world jungle impossible to get things)

Remote jungle cave exploration the list is so long.
Compressor
10 tanks
SRT gear
All diving gear
Booster
1 G or O2
and the most important item. "The" machete!!

Typical setup (bottom is full of tanks and 1 G of O2)

You could always just post them in French and let anyone that wants them translate to whatever language they want?

Will do !
