Recommendations for Nautilus/lifeline?

I see the PLB1 in the tube and a Nautilus lifeline below it. Or it looks like them.
 
Yes, PLB in the tube and the Lifeline below it.
But a Lifeline is not a PLB; it does not transmit through satellites, only line-of-sight.
 
I guess you've never been on a small boat in the Philippines or Indonesia. Their communications MIGHT be VHF radio, but more likely just cell phone with each other. Forget the fancy stuff like the internet and the InReach.
You can text from an InReach to a regular cell phone so that might be useful there.
 
In terms of carrying it, my wife and I both got the pouch accessory which has a belt loop on it and might work for your setup, She added hers on her belt, while I secure it with a clip and keep it in my BC pocket. It's quite small. Like many have said, peace of mind and hopefully you don't need it. You can also program it send a position report to the boat If you have a ship MMSI programmed on VHF radio.
