Ok then, cool!
I’ll talk him into MK11’s with the appropriate second stage. They might be Air2 people, I don’t know. He’s bringing the stuff over so I’ll see.
Sounds like a good replacement, and an upgrade at that!

I even have a C370 he can try

Want to try one out? I have a few laying around with no immediate need.
Sure!
He might even be into buying them off you if you want. Let me talk to him and see what he want’s to do. How is the flow rate on those, not bad?
If his current reg takes a crap between now and when he decides something I’ve always got several full sets ready to go. He can use the MK20/G200B/R195, it’s an extra.

PM me if he wants to try them, if he likes them we can work out a deal for him. Out and out flow the mk20 would probably feed more second stages but the MK 11 would be close.C370 is very high performance but I have several s600’s that I use as safe seconds with the D 420’s.

You’re talking to a guy that’s old school here.
What are C370’s and S600’s similar to? What did they replace?
I left off at G200B/G250’s, 109/156’s, 108’s, R195’s. Never had a need to go newer. All these new guys roll their eyes when they see my old stuff but it still works fine.

C370 is more like a smaller high performance travel second stage, more in the s 600 realm of things, the s600 is a direct descendant of the 109/G250 balanced seconds. I have pretty much consolidated my personal use Regs to MK 17 (sealed Mk11) D420 with an S600 as the neckless’d safe second. I use mk11’s on pony bottles mostly.

So, I have my buddies Aeris regs and I’m going check them out and see what kind of shape they’re in. I’m not a fan already of the second stages, pretty cheesy looking. Now he tells me that he has two full backup sets of Genesis regs.
Genesis regs are Sherwood correct?
How is the quality and service kit availability of these regs?
