I am curious as to who has had to bailout to open circuit and why?

CMF seat came undone and continuously fed o2 into the unit.

1. Once because I felt uncomfortable, and wasn't sure what was going on. So bailout to get some sanity breaths, before returning to the loop.
2. Once because I was feeling out of breath. I would normally have flushed the loop and stopped working, but had an inexperienced buddy. So went for the safest option, bailout and surface. The main reason is I had been swimming very hard for a considerably period and was just out of breath.
3. Once because I was an idiot. Diving in zero visibility with a mask leak and I burned through the DIL clearing the mask. When I realised, I plugged the off board into the loop, shut off the ADV and ran the DIL manually. Strictly not a bailout, but we did abort, because it totally freaked my OC buddies out.

Not 'flooded' but water in the loop...got a bit of cocktail. Now I suck a negative overnight.
Yes, due to a CO2 hit. Scrubber broke through after long car trip prior to diving. I did one dive on fresh scrubber on day 1, no issues. Drove about 5 hours to second location. Did next dive on Day 2 with the same untouched scrubber. Very quickly had symptoms of anxiety, frustration, and elevated breathing rate. I bailed out after a couple minutes of this and assended safely. I changed out the scrubber and continued diving later that day.
Three times. Once my fault, once the Revo’s fault, once the cave’s fault (which is probably my fault)
That’s really bad for your counterlung.

Friend did when he had to puke underwater. We kept checking in on him and he kept signaling that he was OK.
