I have heard that Utila is open again? So I guess that means the Aggressor will take divers there... They told us Covid shutdown would not allow us to dive there, so I really felt a little shorted, but at least I got to dive.

Nothing was prohibited of that sort. However: No ship could make any shore landing excursion, no disembarkation. Maritime operations were otherwise unimpeded.
I would venture that their itinerary was dictated by fuel costs, as it always seems to be.

I thought it was BS too, but they said they had to get permission to go into their waters :/
