The Facts about Fugu (Full Version) - Pufferfish/Blowfish - Japan's Deadliest Dish
As divers, we might see hundreds of these innocent-looking fish on some dives. Their cute looks seem ironic considering they contain one of the deadliest neurotoxins on the planet. This video explores the strange facts of eating the most deadly fish in the sea. Despite this obvious danger, the risk to diners is actually quite low nowadays.

Enjoyed the Fugu presentation very much. I am the neurotoxic enthusiast. I have dealt with the land based/terrestrial animals who produce neurotoxins. Namely Mambas and Cobras.

I have experiencee with King Cobras, Black Mambas, Monocled Cobras and Gaboon Vipers.

This is my Albino Monocled Cobra "Ruby"......

@Blueringocto_73. You must be single or have a very laid back, understanding spouse/significant other to have a deadly venomous snake in the house.

I had it a few times on my annual trips to Osaka. It was good and tasty but I don't miss it.
Sashimi style or..? And have you had the fin sake? Was really fishy for me...

Wow, I used to have snakes, but all non-poisonous.

I have a small, farmer-cowboy vocabulary, but I think you mean non-venomous. Rattlesnakes are venomous, but some people eat them.
