Welcome from Canada. I've thought of a trip to Trinidad & Tobago for years. Any advice on dive boats/shore diving?

Hi Tobago the smaller of both islands has a lot to offer where diving is concern it's actually the home to the world"s largest brain coral, i did my certification dives there.

Hi i would recommend Tobago Reef Masters for your diving experience and should need any further assistance i'd be more than willing to assist.

Thanks. I'll probably look into that at some point.

Hi and welcome :)

We have a trip booked to Tobago for August. Just hoping we can actually make it out there, but unfortunately I'm kinda expecting it to be cancelled given the current situation!
Fingers crossed things are much better by then!!
Cheers,
Rob

One of the places on my list to visit. Diving opened up here in Alaska this week. Some people are starting to get out

Welcome to ScubaBoard. While Tobago doesn't show up a lot in trip reports, I see people ask about it every once in awhile. IIRC, one of our members indicated there's some brisk drift diving there? It's also my understand travel to/from Tobago may be a bit time consuming and/or expensive for U.S. folks.

A number of U.S. divers have an interest in not-too-distance places beyond 'the usual suspects' (e.g.: Cozumel, Belize, Bonaire, Roatan, Florida Keys), and Tobago's close enough to warrant a look.

Maybe you can post us some trip reports.
