Interesting. I didn't know that.
When you see a girl at the bar go up to her and say, "Hi. The scuba diving is great here. I did some dives on normoxic nitrox. Can I get you a drink?"
Works every time.
Hi,
Good day,
please suggest me some cheap and easy to use Dive Computers. This should have the ability to collect depth as well as time.
Thank you
I second this as a great, inexpensive option considering the features.... but I am biased
Id hate to ask what the normoxic course costs jut to have the prereq for hyperoxic nitrox. The latest Padi Speciality course "normoxic nitrox".
I'm not biased, but Deep 6 Excursion Dive Computer is the answer with a Geo4 coming in 2nd.
Oh, I agree, but it costs about twice as much as I can afford right now. My calculus, at the moment, is, dive trip in late winter (on a budget using the old computer) or skip the trip and make a trip in the late fall with a new computer. I'm on a tight budget...that extra $400 does make a difference to me...I'd rather dive now.you will never regret it if you go with a Shearwater.
Garmin is a newcomer to the scuba world, we are a miniscule part of their business, they could bail at at time if their business model says to.
Kind of like Seiko bailed....
I have heard they didn't quite realize how small this industry was until after they got in it.
How many of them would trust anything made in china? We have to limit the amount of formula milk powder allowed to bring out by them (2 cartons). You will be surprised to see what they bought in HK eg. biscuit, chocolate, shampoo etc. All have higher retail value in the mainland and the middle class is willing to pay!I hear there's a billion Chinese on the mainland, with a rapidly growing middle class. They just need to realize US/EU is not the market they're looking for.
