If the urge to blow the gunk out of your nose half way through the first dive annoys you, adding a neti wash to your pre-dive morning routine clears it out beforehand.

Last dive trip a crew member introduced me to duct tape when I didn't have a bandaid for a blister on my toe. Holds up better than a bandaid in the water.

I use white electric tape for any injury that isn't bleeding. Currently some is holding together part of my fingernail after a lobster cut part of it off. Bandaids kept falling off and losing stickiness, but the electric tape works great underwater and is a bandaid-like width for easy wrapping.

Both work well. I have also used liquid bandaid. Before my last dive trip I accidentally kicked my scale with my pinky toe and it split open like a banana. I glued it all shut to keep out any nasties. It holds for a few days before the edges start lifting.

I tore a latex neck seal while gearing up for a night dive. I put a piece of black duct tape over the tear and made the dive, expecting a flood any time. I ended up using that torn seal for another six months thanks to duct tape.

You wouldn't have need that duct tape if you had lycra dive socks
But yes, duct tape handy to have no matter where you go or what you are doing. Don't need to take your whole big roll, just rewind some neatly on a pencil and toss it in your dop or first aid kit.

Yes! Big one. How could I forget?

Here’s another one. Round towel clamps for day boats and liveaboards. Great for drying anything on railings. They are strong enough to use on the port or starboard side even while sailing.

Yes!! Those clips for sure!!
