I was just looking on Deep6's FAQ page and found the following:
"First of all every DEEP SIX product that requires regularly scheduled service ships with an extra service kit."

Now, having said that - I bet they are absolutely swamped with orders given their great Blue Friday deals. If I get my 1st and 2nd stage regulators and they don't have the extra service kits, I'll contact them a bit later and let them catch their breath (no pun intended. ). I'm not going to need the service kits right away anyways, so no need to bug them when they are so busy.
That's the great thing about posting on a forum - they can respond when they have the time.
Agreed about posting on the forums. I literally created a username just to post about deep six as I came across their section through google.
I did see the FAQ About parts but I know things may be different with the BF deals. They make it clear no first free service is included so I didn’t know where parts stood in that equation.
