We have put together a video series that explains how our products work. Let me know if there are other videos that anyone would like us to put together about our products.

What are the charging directions? Do I just put the canister on the fully connected charger base, or is there a different sequence?

Regarding charging, drop in the base and plug and play basically...

Ok, so put it in the charger, then plug in which plug; charger to wall or charger to base? Thanks.

SECS base to charger, charger to wall. That can stay there unless you're travelling. No different than your cell phone or electric toothbrush charger.
When light requires charging, drop it into the SECS base and wait for the light to go green

Which antipodal direction is correct? Or does it just not matter? For example, the DR slim line directions have you connecting the charger to the light, THEN connecting the charger to the 120 v
power source.

Evad,
30.567989, -83.552654 I believe...but only on the third Wednesday of the month...and if that month ends with the letter "y"
Does that mean "the sequence doesn't matter?"
