Oops, I guess the tyrannosaurus croc was at Kri? that poor Russian

What about air-conditioning? Does $8000 get you air-con?

Yes AC is there.

Back in 2013 there was a guy got bit by salt water croc in the west end of Misool, in Blue water mangrove area. MER is in a small island on the east side of Misool. So you will be safe. But take my word with a grain of salt. LOL

Pick a shorter stay for less, 7+1 days is enough.
misool eco resort, raja ampat, indonesia: visit us in 2016

My best trip to date was a combination trip. Raja Ampat on luxury liveaboard followed by a few non-diving days at Laguna Resort in Nusa Dua, Bali. In Bali, I had the room that had direct personal entry from the room to the lagoon style pool. Thought I'd died and gone to heaven.

First I didn't want to get off the lob and then I didn't want to leave the Laguna!

What a trip!!!

Next time, check out this place:
Mimpi Menjangan | Mimpi Resort

I picked the bungalow that has hot spring piped directly into the jacuzzi right outside of the French door next to the bed room. It's like having a private hot spring pool right next to your queen-size bed. That's what I call heaven. :D LOL.

Mimpi Resort in Tulamben is also nice place to relax after a 5am dive in USS Liberty wreck.

Looks fabulous! Do the rooms have air-conditioning?

Is the diving really as shown in the video?

I found the diving in Tulamben, mediocre at best. The Liberty was nice, done better, but it wasn't worth the 4hr trip from Bali airport to the other side of the island. We stayed at a friends dive resort and got mates rates, but even that wouldn't encourage me to go back.

Indonesia has way much more to offer

Have you dive there at 5am to see schooling of bumphead parrotfish & brown marbled groupers coming out of their hideout looking for breakfast in a clear stale water, before being mucked up by those newbie divers?

The 5 am dive on the wreck was our first dive in Tulamben and one of the best! The night dive on the wreck was one of the worst--too many people in the water at the same time.

It's all relative. In Tulamben we had our divemaster spend most of our time on muck dives, which were excellent, yet still not nearly as good as Lembeh. On the other hand, we enjoyed Tulamben more than Menjangan. The reef/wall at Menjangan was nice but failed to "wow" us, especially in view of the bleaching. I have never been to Raja Ampat, but from what I have read, I get the impression it is far nicer than anything on Bali.
