check the tension on your extractor. More times than not the extractor is causing the problem.

Will definitely check the extractor, thanks for that.
It was purchased used from Gander Mtn (had a gift card to use up) and I bought the extended warranty with it so any needed repairs should be covered. IT has already been sent in for the recall modification. Had the letter in the box as well as you can tell by looking at the grip safety. If it has a roll pin added it is good to go.
I was seriously bummed, as I had wanted one of these since I heard they were coming out. I really like the sizing and weight, being able to carry a .45 in such a small package is very appealing, especially as the warmer months approach. Hopefully I get it straightened out!
Good luck. I hope it's something simple. There are videos on Youtube showing how to check the tension on a 1911 extractor. Don't know how the SA works, but I'm guessing it's pretty close.

What you have is fine.
The frog lube application process is to degrease the bolt carrier group, then heat it up and apply, follow the directions and it works really well.
I use a paint stripping gun, you can use a regular stove set to 250 or so.
Run ARs wet

Adurso, I have never used Froglube, what I am reading about it has me very interested. Are you using it as a sole lubricant or applying, seasoning and then using oil of some sort on top of it?
How is it for long term storage, ie a gun that might sit a year or more in the safe and not be fired?
