I've noticed my Nitek Trio has been recording rather toasty minimum temperatures on my dives here in SoCal waters. I also dive with a Uwatec Aladin 2G, both mounted on the same wrist. On my last four dives yesterday, the Nitek Trio recorded the minimum water temperatures as 82/73/79/72 F while the 2G recorded minimum temps of 72/71/75/74 on the same four dives. Now both computers are treated exactly the same way. I keep them mounted on my wrist during my surface intervals and out of direct sun.

I must admit I feel like a lobster in boiling water diving a new 7/5mm wetsuit in summer when I should be diving my 3/2mm, but the 82 and 79 F readings are obviously quite a bit off.

Any ideas?
