Sorry about this but I am trying to pull photos out of a file on my desktop. What do you mean by 'images in the gallery'?

I don't know what I did wrong but when I tried the click and drag discussed in that vid and tried to post it gave me an error message. Quero said it was because I had just copied the code, which made the post too long.

Thanks for your help, computers are not my strong suit....

Agghhh. Now this image is attached to every post! How do I undo this??!?

If I am attempting to add an image from my computer (one that I have not previously added to the Gallery) to a post in a thread I click the option box for Go Advanced
Then in the selections above I select the Attachments option (paperclip image)
In the window that opens I click Add Files,
and then Basic Uploader

this allows me to select a file from my computer, and upload it

After I have uploaded the file I click Done at the bottom right, and the file is inserted in the thread. (I always click Preview Post to make sure it has worked)

Since I am working with still images, rather than videos, it may or may not work the same, but I would give it a try if you have not already done so.

It's even easier than that... Click the "insert image" button (shown below and in the Quick Reply Box) and click the tab that says "from computer"
