I've gotten attitude from rangers at Mansfield already. I parked in a place big enough for 3 cars in order to unload to the pavilion. There are three parking lot bumpers and no signs or pain stripes to indicate no parking. My car was there for a good six hours and there were never more then two other cars in the parking lot. I came up from one of my dives and was told that the ranger was looking for me.
Next thing I know she tracks me down and starts chewing me out saying that I can't park on the grass ( I wasn't ) and that it's not a parking space that it's for loading only. Well, I didn't feel like getting into it with her so I just told her "yup, we're loading now".
Talking to the aquarius people that I met on a wednesday, the rangers used to be really cool but over the years the relationship have faded and the new guys are a-holes.
