I just got back from 2 weeks in Akumal and my SeaLife camera quit - again. I will start the process to see what happened to it and if SeaLife can figure out what is causing it to fail at depths of 110 fsw.
 
Grover48, PM the RMA number on your camera so I can take a look at it when you send it in.

I hoped everything worked out okay. Like I said, I had one issue with a strobe nd they took care of it while I was in Cancun. I have used the Sealife Cameras for many years starting with the old 35mm and up thru the DC Series. The only reason I am not using one today is due to the fact that I currently using a Canon Digitial and Iklite Housing and Strobe. My old Sealife with strobes, and a host of other items was sold to a member of our dive club and is still taking great photos.
 
Late update but Sea Life came through! I contacted Sea Life and they pulled my file and according to their records they were sending me a camera and case, but somehow a mistake was made and just the case got shipped. Nick was very sorry and since they are out of DC800 cameras I was sent the DC1000 with battery and case for no extra charge! Thanks Sea Life, I'm sorry I doubted you! I must say that I am very happy with the resolution and would recommend Sea Life to any of my friends. It was obviously an issue in manufacturing if it broke in less than 30 days but many companies would not have gone to the extent to replace it and would hide behind the fine print. Sea Life did not, and I am an eternal customer!
