Dove Aurora today. There were a lot of classes there. The vis was decent, 6-20 in spots but average was 8-15 which is very enjoyable at aurora. Lots of fish and crawdad activity. Plane was at 30 feet, and about 60F but at 40 it was in the upper 50s. Above 25 it was balmy in the 60s. Very good day of diving.

Some people apparently have very generous lunch breaks.

In the past we have tried to have some gatherings there. Perhaps if anyone would post a planned visit we could put together a group.

Sounds like Aurora has good conditions for June, I will not be diving, but you all should plan a trip. I may join you, but I would do it soon as conditions will not hold.

I thought it was your job to plan these things.

Hmmmmmm, is this a sign? I drop in to see about getting a dive in soon, and hear about what amounts to stellar conditions at Aurora!

So, I don't know about organizing a full blown group but I'm in for a couple dives. I could do Thursday 6/30 if someone wants to try a weekday morning (with hopefully no one else there), or the weekend of 7/9 or 7/10 if you want to roll the visibility dice.

Couple dives, see the sights, maybe a little fun with nav practice.

Anyone wanna buddy up?

There are 3 or 4, here in Ft Collins, thinking about heading down to Aurora tomorrow (Fri 24th). Give a shout if that works for anyone else.

I could possibly do any of the above. Tomorrow might be a problem in that I have to get my tanks filled. For various reasons I have not been in the water for a long time and feel the need.

I also feel the need to get my car filled with gear up to the beach, so I would like to join someone with a key if possible.
