Will the new upgrade allow tapatalk (Iphone) to start working again or is that no longer going to be a usable program and if not do you know of any other apps for the forum

I can't support issues directly with Tapatalk, as it's an app, and not part of ScubaBoard at all. I have the module installed and up to date, and honestly... that's all I can do. Perhaps you should check the status of your app? Make sure you have the latest version of the app.

Another possibility is...You may have to remove SB from your favorites, and then RE-LOG in to ScubaBoard on taptalk to correct your issues.

Genius! I deleted SB and then reinstalled and now it's showing new posts.

It does not work on blackberry and I cannot get anything to show up on mobile except a white screen. I am not able to switch to a droid or I phone yet on my contract. I paid for business sponsor perks and cannot even answer PM's during the day unless I can grab some time on my work comp. Where is Pete and why is he not weighing in on this. I am getting really tired of not being able to do squat. I was used to the old system and it worked very well. Gonna have to direct people to PM me via The Deco Stop or The Cyber Diver. For anyone that sees this please do not PM me for business purposes. Due to circumstances beyond my control I cannot relaibly answer PM's. Email me at the address in my sig line.
 
Perhaps you should be talking to technical support for your phone carrier or the Tapatalk application instead of trying to put the responsibility to make your phone, your carrier, Tapatalk and your specific situation work on ScubaBoard staff.

Howarde clearly states that Tapatalk is working correctly two posts above this one. He's used it to access the board post-upgrade. The post above yours shows that it is working for others.

What phone you do/do not own is not our issue either really. I can't even access SB on one of my phones - at all. Yet I'm not here complaining about it.

I personally do not see how you can expect (reads like a demand) us to resolve your specific issue when the "business sponsor perks" do not include any mention of smart-phone support. None of the other Supporting Sponsors have made any such demands. Except one with an iPad problem - also technically not an SB issue.
Topping all this, Business Sponsors get everything mentioned above and:

An additional 40 stickers (50 total).
A humongous PM box.
The right to post a thread in the Hot Deals forum.
Access to the B2B forums.
Pete is off-line and unable to access ScubaBoard this week. Nothing mysterious but I wasn't instructed if I can disclose where so won't. I'm not sure what your expectation of him is either - Howarde is the board adminsitrator.

I apologize in advance if this offends you but I did what I could to help resolve this issue considering that I don't have a Blackberry device, am not Tapatalk technical support, and frankly just a volunteer trying to help you. Even reposting post #7 above to you in another thread which I'm sure led to your post here.

What would happen to your business communications if ScubaBoard were to go down for an extended period of time? It happened during a previous upgrade, the board was down for almost a week. May want to consider alternative options?

Please address this issue with another staff member from now on - I won't attempt to help resolve this any further as it appears that nothing I can do will satisfy you.
